Few tips on how to be more confident

In today’s post I would like to give you a few tips to help you gain confidence.

Whether it is a public speaking or one on one conversation your first impression will determine if people will see you as a weaker or as a leader. I believe all of you reading this post have some kind of idol, leader, person who you admire for their ability to influence people with their confidence. Have you ever wandered how they are doing it? After interviewing many world class leaders I have listed number of simple rules they all follow that make huge impact on their image.

But before I will share with you these nuggets I would like to start from the basics. I repeat it very often and this time will remind you same thing. Mindset is everything. You must believe in something first before it will manifest in your life. You are not confident because you are great speaker, you are great speaker because you are confident. You are not confident because you close a lot of sales, you close a lot of sales because you are confident. So many people think the opposite.

Let me share you with you how to gain confidence.

So rule number one is deciding to STEP UP. But how do you do that? Well when you walk into the room have a posture, stand straight, have big smile on your face. When people see your smile their perception is something good is going on in this person’s life. Just because you smile!

Yout handshake matters! When you give a weak handshake people will think you have no confidence at all so always give a firm handshake! Confident people always do that.

The other thing is an eye contact. I know that these are small things but believe me they do work on your favour all the time. So often when you meet people they are looking down or they looking away. Don’t do that, because people immediately will perceive you as less confident. Be confident to look someone straight in the eyes.

Project confidence in your voice. Many reserches proven that people who speaks louder are more confident. So whenever you speak, up your voice a little bit. That small thing will help you being perceived more confident.

I want you to have a mindset that you are not walking into the room, you fill it from the floor up to ceiling with positive energy.

When you apply all of these simple rules you will start boosting your confidence to the highest levels! Apply it today and notice how people start perceiving you as very confident person.

How to create momentum in your MLM business?

First of all let’s define what actually momentum is?

According to www.yourdictionary.com momentum is the force that drives something forward to keep it moving. So what does that mean for your mlm business? It is magical stage in the business where everything is working like well oiled machinery and rapid growth is almost unstoppable. Creating momentum in business is one of the most desired things for all entrepreneurs. Obviously all of us joined network marketing business opportunity to make money and improve our lifestyle.

Many people try to build up momentum but don’t actually know how to do it. So what is the secret? How is it possible that some one turn it into reality and some don’t? Well, let me be honest with you. There is no shortcuts to success. As Zig Ziglar said: “There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs”.

So what are the stairs?

There are 2 major things that are required to build momentum in your team. First of all you need to focus your whole energy on income producing activity which is obviously showing the business to people. Most of mlm trainers will tell you the same thing. The ONLY ONE formula to create momentum is by writing down the list of at least 300 people and show the business presentation to 3-5 people every day for next 90 days. Consistency and persistence is the key. Believe me or not but Network marketing is easier to build fast than slow. It’s because of the energy flow and excitement that is created within the team when you as a leader moving
fast!
Second factor on your way to massive success in network marketing is strong belief. Belief in yourself. You MUST see in your mind your own success. Visualise yourself being recognized on your next company convention. Think about how it feals to stand on the stage in front of thousands people chearing up for your success. Now is the time to believe that you can do it! Share your goals and vision for the future with everyone who will see your presentation. When you trully believe in what you do then many people will follow you, just because you know where you are going.

As an additional tip remember that you need to sharpen your skills as well. Invest in yourself first before others will. Learn, do and teach your new team members how it’s done. The better your skills would be, the higher closing rate will you have.
